 Welcome
to the Spixworth Tae Kwon Do website. Spixworth Tae Kwon Do is a friendly
club located in a small village just outside Norwich, England. We currently
have around 40 members ranging from 5 years and upwards, who meet on
Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights at Spixworth Village hall. |
 Tae
Kwon Do is the art of "hand and foot" or "kicking and punching".
It is an unarmed combat from Korea which dates back many years. Using
various kicks and punches, combined with strong blocking techniques, Tae
Kwon Do is a very powerful martial art. Regular training will improve
your fitness, strength,balance and self-confidence. |
